Payments

The payment for any group or individual appointment, class, course, event, reading, retreat, channelling or healing, hereafter referred to as ‘Session’ is due 48 hours prior to your ‘session’ and can be made via this website. Cancellations for ‘sessions’ must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled ‘session’. Refunds are not available after your scheduled ‘session’ date.  However, you may reschedule your ‘session’ within 2 weeks of the initial date, if 48 hours notice is given of your cancellation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Katarina Heuser reserves the right to cancel any ‘session’ at any time. If Katarina Heuser cancels the above, a full refund of your fees will be provided. If Katarina Heuser reschedules your ‘session’ your payment will be transferred to the new scheduled dates.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable to another Katarina Heuser ‘session’.

Refunds: Refunds are available on ‘sessions’ paid in full (less a deposit fee) up to eight days before the starting date.

Non-refundable credit toward a future ‘session’ is available, if you give notice up to two day(s) prior. Credit may be applied to any offered services of Katarina Heuser for one year following date of cancellation.

Travel Insurance: Should you need to travel to attend your ‘session’, it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance which will cover you in the event that you need to cancel or change your travel plans.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to Katarina Heuser, therefore your information will be kept confidential and shall never knowingly be sold or shared.
